Our process?
2. Let's Get to Know You
We will set up a time to call, so we can get to know you and make sure we can prepare to capture your vision as best as possible.
3. Contracts + Payment
We will send over a few contracts to be signed depending on the type of media. We require 50% of the payments to be made when the contract is signed and the other 50% to be paid before delivery.
3. Online Delivery
Your images/videos will be delivered to you via email connected to our pic-time site, where you can download high-res copies of your videos and photos.
FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos/videos delivered?
During Fall & Winter up to 6 weeks. During Summer 3 to 4 weeks.
Where are you located?
Orem, Utah. Willing to travel within 30 min for free. Any further and we require a travel fee of $0.50 a mile, with the possibility of additional travels costs if required to stay the night or puchase other necessities.
What if we need more than a package offers?
We are more than willing to cooperate outside our usually package deals and include other deliverables if wanted for an additional cost. For videography, we do offer a home-style video of all the available shots compiled and colored for an additional $150.
